Breng de vis voorzichtig over op de voorverwarmde dienschotel, garneer met de schijfjes citroen en de wortel of peterselie en dien het gerecht zo warm mogelijk op. Geef er aardappelkroketjes bij en een zure roomsaus, die u als volgt maakte: 1/8 liter slagroom 1/8 liter zure room (sour cream) of dikke yoghurt 1 eidooier worcestersaus of tabasco Klop de slagroom dikvloeibaar, klop de zure room glad met de eidooier en schep hier de slagroom door.
